For those of you not familiar with the Philadelphia Mummers, they are an association of bands and groups that complete against each other every year in the Philadelphia Mummers Parade which takes place on New Years Day. To learn more about this

Steve has been an active member of the Uptown (formerly Harrowgate) String Band since 1984. He has been painting sets and props for the band for 21 years.

Steve started designing and painting props and sets for outside Mummers organizations 8 years ago, and he continues to provide the Fancy, String Band and Brigade divisions with award winning props.
